I left my Chi box and warranty paper at my dad's house, and of course, as soon as I move, it dies. Well, actually, it's just the end of the cord that's broke. I dropped the cord end (the little box with the red and yellow buttons) on the counter and now it rattles.
I looked into repairing it, and the only site I found was this:
http://www.salonart.biz/emanager/repairs.php
Is this a legit place?
Also, do you know of anywhere else I can send it and the websites?
Like, how much it will cost, and the address I can send it to?
i used to go get my hair done at the dominican hair salon's, but now it is becoming too expensive and much more trouble than it is worth. i'm looking for an alternative with near the same results, and i know that the chi silk infusion product really works great. but, i don't know much about their other products. has anyone used the expensive blow dryers as a means to straighten their hair to really straight? i am only mentioning my race because it is relevant, i am black and my hair is super curly and tangly- it gets really straight when it wants to. ahhh sorry this is so drawn out, BUT, if you have NOT used a chi hair dryer, do you know any other blow dryer that gets hair really straight because blow drying your hair and then straightening causes damage that i am trying to avoid. okay, done. lol
