So my hair is naturally wavy and frizzy, thus to have it straight with volume, it seems i can only iron it (chi iron) because it's hard for me to blow dry my hair myself where it looks presentable.. ironing my hair makes it straight but FLAT..

any tips??

I have a Chi flat iron now and was just curious if the single pass straightener actually works better.
