I tried to turn it on but the red light won't come on and it won't heat up. I got the flat iron 4 months ago and i'm really upset it doesn't work. Can i take it back to the store i have the receipt and box? Or does it come with a warranty? I didn't pay for any warranty so i'm not sure if it does.
