This is the 3rd Chi straightner i have had, and i'm sick of them, we've gone to the store in the past, and have just traded for a new one, is it possible that the place will give us money, instead of a new one?
I dropped the flat iron on wood floor but i didn't think anything was wrong with it because nothing broke off of it and there was no scratches. I tried to turn it on but the red light won't come on and it won't heat up. I got the flat iron 4 months ago and i'm really upset it doesn't work. Can i take it back to the store i have the receipt and box? Or does it come with a warranty? I didn't pay for any warranty so i'm not sure if it does.
