I’ve been having A LOT of joint pain & body aches since July. I started using a friends detox machine b/c I couldn’t afford to go back to my massage therapist for it. I’ve always had good results, from helping not be as allergic to poison ivy to not taking sinus medicine every other day. This time it’s so I can get out of bed b/c the pain is so bad. I’d go to her house with horrible body aches & leave with most of it gone. I only had time to go once a week but it was a life saver. I told my husbands papaw about it last month & they bought one of these. They were so thrilled to be able to bend over & put their own shoes on instead of helping each other every morning that they bought us one! They have a friend that used theirs, she couldn’t walk & now that she’s been detoxing she can walk up to a half mile at a time. The directions are the only complaint. I plug in the array (that goes in the water), arm band (in back R hole) & sometimes the waist band (back L hole), turn it on (in back), push ENT & add a little salt till the place that says E= reads between 1.5 & 2.4, the arm band starts stinging a little after a while so I move it up & down my arm during the 30 min. My husband jokes it’s all in his head, but he didn’t have any pain medicine for his back this wkend & he said his knees didn’t hurt when he got out of bed. He did it three days in a row which is the max but it’s down wonders for him too. They might say it’s all in your head but if you use it not believing it will work, & it does work… Besides feeling better everyone uses the water from the same tap & the colors in the water are different, mine came out orange w/black flecks, my husbands is DARK red & black, & my daughters was a little red. When I used my friends the colors I would get varied from week to week depending on what it was working on. That’s to answer the skeptics who say the colors are just from a reaction to the minerals/chemicals in the water. If that were so it would be the same for everyone if it’s coming out the the same tap in the same afternoon.

The foot bath looks great in its case and everything looks OK. It seems to me that visual instructions (diagram) and better written verbal instructions are needed. After reading the enclosed pamphlet more than once, I still was not quite certain if I was properly using the machine. I have used it on it default setting and not sure how to switch to the negative charge. There is no explanation of why you would need to switch to a negative charge. I had someone more versed in science tell me that the negative charge is the one that pulls the heavy metals. I assume they were correct.

The product was used (not new) and never worked. I returned it and seller promised to refund shipping. He never refunded anything. Buyer beware, you are not dealing with an honest seller and THE PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS.

Fast to ship, however, when my Doctor advised me not to use this product, I tried to return the unopened box. This company never responded. I continue to send e-mails to request a return and they have, to date, not responded.

Its Ok It works altho the last one I had did A houl lot better with it the whater turnd black this one the whater only turns murky and I have to use it twice as much to get the same resolts as befor
