I have chi straightening iron. The red light meaning the power keeps cutting off. What can i do?
I dont have a reset button. Its like the model one and i really dont want to buy a new one because i just got this last year. I did twist the cord around it for traveling purposes though.plzz help??

well, it will probably break completely sometime soon, since everybody says that they do. I am not buying a Chi, and i own a Sedu right now, due ot the fact that Chi straighteners break 20x faster.
You screwed up your cord. Buy a new one and return the old in its package.
I have 1 also…you will have to buy a new one.
