Has anyone used the SalonArt Chi flat iron repair website or know where else I can send it to?
I left my Chi box and warranty paper at my dad's house, and of course, as soon as I move, it dies. Well, actually, it's just the end of the cord that's broke. I dropped the cord end (the little box with the red and yellow buttons) on the counter and now it rattles.
I looked into repairing it, and the only site I found was this:
http://www.salonart.biz/emanager/repairs.php
Is this a legit place?
Also, do you know of anywhere else I can send it and the websites?
Like, how much it will cost, and the address I can send it to?

The people I purchased my Chi from told me to call Armstrong McCall and they gave me Salon Art which tells me it must be legit. After also talking with someone at Ulta I am going to send mine in for repairs. Mine keeps randomly turning off. I couldn’t find anywhere else to send it and the cost is what I was told to expect. So I guess we shall see!
