This product lasted me only 6 months. To get it repaired I had to pay $40 dollars to Farouk Services. It took them 5 weeks. They sent me back a cheaper, NON CERAMIC hot iron! DO NOT BUY CHI!

This is a GREAT product but the sellers, Beauty Signature Group LLC. are rude, used foul language and hung up on me! I contacted Amazon and was strongly urged to leave feedback. Amazon provided me a refund. If you are willing to risk ordering from a company who will not stand behind the very products they offer AND are willing to put up with their aforementioned customer service, then by all means – buy from them. Otherwise, ignore them and shop elsewhere!
