I LOVE MY CHI!
This is by far the best straightener I have ever used! It doesn’t fry your hair and it makes your hair pin straight! Amazing! I will never try another brand!

Burns Hair
This item does not have a dial to adjust temperature, just an on and off switch. It burned my hair. I would not recommend it.
