I have Lymphedema in both legs. I had been told that the Chi would help stimulate the Lymph system. I use it twice a day – sometimes 3 times for no more than 20 minutes each time. I worked up to that from the 3 minutes each time the product recommended when you begin. (follow the instructions). It helps keep the swelling down in my feet. I have also noticed shapelier legs & bottom. If you do not lay completely straight out in front of the Chi I have noticed it gives me a backache or side ache. Again… follow the instructions. I have a very firm mattress so I put it at the bottom of my bed when in use then set it under when I am finished. I will keep using it and only time will tell the net result.

I’ve been using the Chi Vitalizer two times a day for three weeks. First thing I noticed was how refreshed I feel when waking up in the morning. I’ve always thought I slept well. Turns out I’ve slept soundly, but not well.
I also feel more energized during the day.
Working at home for the past thirty years I have always taken an afternoon nap. Naps no longer work. I can lie down, but I can’t fall asleep. Just too much energy.
I don’t know whether this is psychological or physical, but I seem to be getting a lot more done.
In recent years I’ve noticed how hard it is to get up and down. For example; lying down on the ground to remove the blades from the riding mower. It was hard to get down and even harder to get up.
I’m 70 and after the first few days of the Vitalizer I noticed I was getting up and down more easily. After three weeks it’s is quite easy to get up and down. I don’t pop up like a teen ager, but getting up and down is no longer an issue.
I set the remote for a gentle motion for five minutes. Then reset for a faster motion for 15 minutes.
Sometimes after a fifteen minute session it feels so good I just reset for another 15 minutes.
The Chi Vitalizer has been a definite plus for me.

By using this chi-machine for under 10 minutes everyday for over two weeks and can say that the benefits of rejuvenation, reduced stress, weight loss, increased circulation and increased lymphatic drainage are within me. I follow the recommendations by my personal massage therapist and my appetite is better and my smile shines on me. I feel less tired after work. I plan my rejuvenation after traffic jams or early mornings. The machine is simple to use and with a nice color. My suggestions are find a nice and peaceful setting with a yoga mat and some lavender-eye-pillow to enhance benefits…some gentle music will do the trick. My chi-vitalizer is working well and no complains.

As usual, I was very skeptic about this machine, especially for the chunk of money I was about to pay for it.
I am proud to say that it is everything the ad says!! I have neck and shoulder problems often, usually from stress. When I get home from work, it is the second thing I do, only after getting in comfortable clothes before I start my daily treatment.
I do sleep better and feel better as a whole.
I would recommend this product.
