I asked a few professional hair stylists and they couldn't tell me much about them, they recommended chi, t3, and solia flatirons. They said they never heard of the big rave of the sedu flat irons in hair salons. I was excited when i ordered my sedu from folica.com, to my disappointment it didn't work at all. Isent it back.

i have thick, wavy hair and i im thinking of getting the CHI Ceramic Flat Iron Turbo 2 inch to striaghten my hair. Is that the way to go? Or should I get the same brand but a dif type like the CHI Pro or something? Or should i just get a dif brand altogether? also what are some products I can use for before and/or after I striaghten my hair for a better look? thanks
here is the website I am considering to get my striaghtener from.
