i have thick hair. my hair goes up to my shoulders. i want a hair straightener that keeps my hair straight and keep the frizziness down. im thinking about either getting a chi or a titanium tools professional straightener. the chi says it heats up to 300 something and the professional straightener says it heats up to 400 something. which would be the best one to buy? the chi is only 20 more dollars than the professional one. so which one should i buy???

because i've been trying to do it but it leaves creases and it doesn't come out nice so if you can get me a step to step direction on how do it it would be nice or some tips. also what heat do i need to put it on when i'm flipping it so it'll stay because when i try to flip it, it doesn't stay and it leaves creases
